I'm currently the Director of DoD Solutions Engineering at Splunk. Working together with my sales peer, our teams finished at 129% of plan during Splunk's last fiscal year. I work closely with the other Directors in Public Sector to drive the direction and growth of our business.

I am responsible for enabling the career growth of the solutions engineers and managers on my team. I collaborate with other organizations across the company to provide solutions that meet our customers' needs. I am known for my technical expertise, deep understanding of the customer base and strong relationship-building and communication skills. I have mentored many SEs and early in career managers during my time at Splunk.
